Eric Kimmell is a San Luis Obispo native and a graduate of Cal Poly with a degree in Architecture and a minor in Construction Management. Eric holds his Broker’s license and has experience in design-build. He has been involved in both residential and commercial real estate and development projects in Santa Barbara, Malibu, Greater Los Angeles, and the Central Coast.
Eric’s diverse skill set allows him to offer his clients an educated perspective when it comes to assessing and analyzing the value of a potential purchase, sale, or prospective investment project. He is well versed in both the short sale and foreclosure process. He sees value where others do not and enjoys the challenge of creating income producing assets for his clients. Eric is a proud Rotarian and is an active member in Rotary Daybreak of SLO. He enjoys giving back to the community that has given him so much over the last 35 years. One of Rotary projects that Eric has recently been involved in is building a Par Course at Laguna Lake Park in San Luis Obispo consisting of 10 workout stations for public use. Eric also enjoys spending time with his two sons.

Carrie Kimmell is the Broker of record for Atlas Real Estate and Investment. Carrie grew up outside of Boston, MA and moved to San Luis Obispo to attend Cal Poly. She has a Masters in Agriculture specializing in Biotechnology.
Carrie oversees marketing and business development, and also plays an integral part in client relations and project management for private investors. Her strong science background makes her a resourceful, organized, and efficient researcher, as well as a creative and methodical thinker. She approaches life with a patient, positive attitude, and enjoys exploring the diverse country of San Luis Obispo County while identifying property for clients.
Carrie is an avid equestrian and is currently training her young horse up the levels of dressage. Her goal is to compete at the international level. Carrie also enjoys hiking and spending time with her two sons.

Joshua Farris is a Central Coast native, growing up in the outskirts of Templeton wine country. He graduated from Cal Poly with a degree in Communication Studies.
His love of the Central Coast culture, lifestyle, and people has led him to settle in San Luis Obispo. He brings an energetic attitude, a progressive mindset, and a willingness to try what others may not. Josh is a valued member of the Atlas team.
